Sat nam. All those that have been coming to our classes will know that we are a collective of Kundalini Yoga teachers who trained together with the same school – Karam Kriya. We are Alison, Kary, Madschri and Martin. We began with free classes on Clissold Park N16 during the summer of 2012 and have progressed to a popular regular classes and workshops at The Castle Climbing Centre and various centres around London. We aim to one day move into our own permanent space where we can continue to deliver affordable classes accessible to everyone. The vision is also to create a community space at affordable prices for teachers who want to run workshops based around the principles of Kundalini Yoga.
I aim to guide students in finding their personal strength and awaken to their light and consciousness. I believe in harnessing the body’s own capacity to heal through Kundalini Yoga and meditation, sound therapy and Ursui Reiki treatment.

When a student is called into action on the mat it encourages a deeper self awareness; ultimately the aim is to understand I Am Enough. Through Kundalini Yoga – the yoga of self initiation I aim to encourage love and acceptance of all that you are, and consequently a loving connection to others.

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2012. My aim is to guide the students towards a calm and focused mind, a knowledge of the self and a rejuvenated body. I believe that in order to claim residency in our soul we need to first make our busy mind a servant, and also maintain our body so it can carry us to our destiny.

I lead my classes with joy and spiritual devotion and emphasize correct posture and breathing. I have a deep insight into the minute details of the body’s mechanisms and believe that human beings mirror the Cosmos the same way the Cosmos mirrors humans. I therefore also use chanting and sound particularly during meditations to tune in with the Universal vibration we all are. I am also a speaker about spirituality and healthy living in the 21st century at events in and outside of the yoga community.
