Stress is one of the biggest causes of illness. But did you know that there is bad stress that depletes you and good stress that keeps you vital?

In this 40 days we look at how we can balance bad stress with good vitality in these times that demand so much of us. We work on:-
* Gaining the ability to recognise stress
* Becoming aware of where stress comes from in the body, mind and emotions
* Healing emotional fatigue
* Balancing physical stress
* Finding ways to relax and recharge
* Feeling vital within

We are a growing community of people from all over the world who get together to practice in a supportive environment online.  The classes are recorded and uploaded to our Video Library  the same morning so you can practice (or repeat) the classes whenever you are ready. 

During each class we cover  a different aspect of our theme – we  practice a different Kriya and the same meditation. We also including two minutes of journalling in each session. The classes follow a sequence but are also beneficial as stand alone practices, so don’t worry if you miss some. Plus you don’t have to do them all to get the benefits.
