60-Minute Online Practice

This is a daily online Kundalini Yoga practice.

  • Classes are 60 minutes long
  • Taught live on Zoom by teachers from the Collective.
  • We practice in rounds of 40 days.

Some people attend live most days.
Some practise mostly with recordings.
Both ways are supported and valid.

The online practice is not about perfection. And definitely not guilt! It’s about showing up in a way that fits your actual life.

If you like a shared rhythm but also need flexibility.

If you want any mix of live teaching and recorded access.

How it works

A round is 40 live classes. Each round explores a theme.

Classes run for 60 minutes
7-8am weekdays on Zoom
8-9am weekends on Zoom

Recordings are available after class, and so you can also practise in your own time.

You can sign up for the series or drop in to individual classes.

We have breaks in between each round

After 40 days we have a short break before the next round. Breaks provide time to integrate learning, attend to life commitments, and rest.

You do not need to attend every day to benefit.

Practising in a way that fits your life matters more than perfection.

Life force is more than energy. It is our capacity to remain engaged with life. In a world that can leave us overwhelmed, distracted or discouraged it is easy to lose touch with our curiosity and sense of possibility. For 40 days we explore the practices that restore life force and help us remain open to the full experience of being human.

We’re not bypassing difficulty or being forcefully positive. Rather we cultivate the resilience to meet life as it is, while still staying connected to joy, wonder, community and the possibility that each day holds something new.

Through breath, movement and meditation we strengthen our vitality, expand our awareness and remember that celebration is one of the ways we restore life force.

Intentions:-

  • Recognising what drains our life force

  • Supporting the nervous system and reducing overwhelm

  • Restoring vitality, resilience and inner strength

  • Remaining open to joy, possibility and wonder

  • Remembering that celebration is one of the ways we restore life force

The classes follow a sequence but are beneficial as stand-alone practices. You don’t have to attend them all to benefit.

Ways to take part

You can take part in the 60-minute practice in three ways:

Online Membership

£35pcm. Ongoing access to online live classes and recordings.
Includes the 60-minute rounds and all other online offerings.

One Round Pass

£80 per round – £2 a class. Access to all classes in the current round, plus recordings.

Drop-in class

£5 per class. Up to 10 classes per round. Live online only. No access to recordings.
Designed for occasional attendance.

If you are a Full Access member, online classes are already included as part of your membership.
