This information will be used for internal record keeping, and to allow to send you promotional emails about yoga-related events and content on the site you might find interesting. This information will never be shared with a third party without your express consent unless I am required to do so by law.
Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services I am providing are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at www.mailchimp.com). When you sign up via the Kundalini Yoga Collective website or purchase from the online shop you will be invited by email to join my MailChimp email list. You have the ability to Opt-In at this point, and subsequently subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time. If you purchase from the online shop then the necessary payment information will be collected via PayPal (see their Privacy Policy here) or Stripe (see their Privacy Policy here).
Personal Data Collected at the Time of Booking a Workshop or Class through Kundalini Yoga Collective
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Kundalini Yoga Collective at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety at yoga. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.
All information gathered by Kundalini Yoga Collective either on paper or through the online booking process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. If you grant permission, it is kept securely in the Momence online booking system (see their Privacy Policy at https://momence.com/webflow/documents/Ribbons-Privacy-Policy-2021.pdf), and only viewed by the teacher of the class or service which you have booked.
My Insurance Company request that I keep a record of my customer’s data and registrations for seven years after your last class with me.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Kundalini Yoga Collective, in which case Kundalini Yoga Collective may not be able to provide certain services to you.
