This month’s Kundalini Breathwork session draws inspiration from the sacred numerology of July. In yogic teachings, the number 7 relates to the auric field — our subtle, sensitive body that interweaves us with the cosmos. When strong, it anchors us in our true identity, amplifying our radiance and resilience.
Our aura also carries the imprints of all life’s experiences. In this session, we’ll explore what it means to let go, invite forgiveness, and use Kundalini breathwork to strengthen the auric field – so we can attract aligned opportunities, repel negativity, and vibrate the cosmos.
